The whole School community: Years 5 and 6 of the Junior School through to Sixth Form, former staff and pupils, veterans and representatives of our armed forces, assembled for our Remembrance Service today.

This formal event is a poignant highlight of the School year providing a very moving reminder for our community as the names of the members of this School who lost their lives, 91 men in the First World War and 50 men and 1 woman in the Second World War, are read out.

The service includes the laying of wreaths by senior members of the School, representatives of the Governors, Services and Scouts and Junior School pupils. The Last Post is played by a pupil to signal the start of the Silence which is concluded with the playing of the "Reveille".
