The Newcastle-under-Lyme Development Funds exist to support the future plans of the School and to help secure our long term future and continuing strength.
The Development Office is part of the School’s Department of External Relations and is the focus of communication with former pupils and staff. Furthermore we are building ongoing relationships with all members of the School Community past and present who seek to maintain an interest in the School as we continue to develop.
The Schools upon which the modern day Newcastle-under-Lyme School is founded have existed through the philanthropy of previous generations. The existence of our Development Office now provides opportunities for members of our community to contribute to our future successes through a co-ordinated programme of support.
Newcastle-under-Lyme School invites financial support to further enhance Bursary provision.
Why do we need Support?
Newcastle-under-Lyme School operates fully independently, as a charity and without any subsidies or grants from the Government. We have a healthy well managed income from fees and pupil numbers that have remained stable throughout the recession and have shown further upturns with continuing strong enrollments.
We are committed to maintaining our high standards of facilities, in a comfortable, safe and stimulating environment in which our pupils thrive and succeed. By generating new income streams we will be able to plan for future projects that will benefit our children in the short to medium term, as well as ensuring our long term position.
